propestate.my is operated by Melissa Sze, a registered real estate negotiator (REN 15670) under IQI Realty Sdn Bhd (E (1)1584), a member of the IQI Global network. This site lists residential and mixed-use projects in Kuala Lumpur and connects visitors with our team for enquiries.

We collect personal data only when you provide it directly to us, through:

• The contact form (name, email address, your role as buyer/investor/agent, and your message)
• Direct messages you send us via WhatsApp
